RetroLens Terms and Conditions
RetroLens is operated by Banana Apps LLC. By using the app and connected services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13, meet any higher local minimum, and have parental or guardian permission if below legal adulthood. AI is for ages 17+, with parental permission under 18. Protect your account.
Your content and conduct
You keep your content rights and give us limited, non-exclusive permission to process it for chosen features, safety, and legal obligations. Obtain necessary permissions. The app is licensed for personal use; software and branding remain ours or our licensors'.
Do not share illegal, abusive, infringing, or non-consensual intimate content, exploit minors, impersonate others, or bypass security and usage limits. Report or block in-app, or contact us. We may remove content or restrict access for misuse.
Optional AI
G7X AI Look sends your selected image to OpenAI with your permission. Results may be wrong, unexpected, or nonunique; review them before sharing.
Purchases
Pro subscriptions and consumable AI credits are separate. Store offers explain prices, benefits, billing periods, and trials. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the store. Consumables are not restored like subscriptions. Refunds follow store rules and applicable law.
Apple downloads also follow Apple's Standard EULA.
Account deletion
Delete your account in Settings or contact us. Deletion removes whole message conversations and owned shared collections; unused credits may be forfeited, subject to legal rights. It does not cancel subscriptions or recall recipient copies. Uninstalling is not deletion.
Availability and liability
Features may change or end, with required notice and paid-service remedies. Availability, accuracy, and permanent storage are not guaranteed.
Where lawful, we exclude indirect losses and limit liability to amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, non-excludable injury, or mandatory consumer and privacy rights.
Law and contact
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We notify you of changes where required.
