Affirmday Privacy Choices

Change your focus-area selections and theme/atmosphere in Settings inside Affirmday. Your selections stay on your device.

Enable or disable the breathing pacer in Settings.

Turn daily reminders on or off in Settings, and adjust the reminder count and time window. To fully revoke notification permission, open iOS Settings > Notifications > Affirmday. Affirmday uses only local notifications; there is no remote push service.

Remove individual favorites in the Favorites view. There is currently no in-app control to remove all favorites at once.

Sharing is entirely your choice. You decide whether to share and which destination to send to. Affirmday does not learn the destination and does not receive a copy of what you share.

Uninstalling Affirmday removes the app's locally accessible application data from that device. Apple may retain copies of app data in device or iCloud backups you have configured; those copies are controlled by Apple and your Apple settings, and Banana Apps cannot delete them for you.

Affirmday does not currently include a full local-data reset, in-app practice-history deletion, or export function. To remove all local data today, remove the app. We do not promise a future feature here.

Affirmday does not create Banana Apps accounts and does not maintain a server-side copy of favorites, streaks and practice history, focus choices, reminder settings, widget snapshot, or ritual progress. Banana Apps cannot access, correct, export, or delete device-only data it never receives, and there is no server account to close.

Affirmday does not use advertising, remote analytics, attribution SDKs, App Tracking Transparency, or generative AI, so those opt-outs are not applicable — the underlying systems are not present.

For requests about support communications Banana Apps actually holds, email [email protected]. We do not operate an automated access, export, or deletion portal for support emails, and we do not require passwords, payment details, or government identification to handle a request.
