PDF Homework Scanner Support

Email [email protected]. Include the app version, your iOS/iPadOS version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Prefer synthetic or example pages when reporting scan problems.

App Store: Open in the App Store.

Do not send passwords, payment information, government ID, or sensitive schoolwork unless it is necessary to answer your question.

There is no account or password. There are no subscriptions, purchases, refunds, or restore-purchase steps. If someone asks you for one of these to "unlock" PDF Homework Scanner, it is not us.

To scan with the camera: open iOS Settings, locate PDF Homework Scanner, choose Camera, and enable access.

If camera access is denied, you can still use the app by importing photos through the Photos picker or files through the Files picker instead.

Images and unlocked PDFs are supported. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. The app reads only the individual items you select; it does not access your full Photo Library.

Each assignment supports up to 50 pages. Split longer assignments into separate scans.

If you were interrupted mid-scan or mid-edit, the app may offer to resume that work on the next launch.

Confirm that Save & Share or Save Only completed. Interrupted saves may not appear in the Library.

Reopen the saved scan and retry Share or Submit. If the destination app or portal rejected the file, check that destination's requirements (file size, page count, filename).

Free up device storage and try again. The app avoids partial saves rather than corrupt saves, so a save that fails will not silently damage your library.

Open Settings → Audit & Repair Library. This attempts to rebuild missing PDFs or thumbnails from the underlying page images.

Open Settings → Manage Classes to rename or remove class labels used by the library search.

Use the library delete action, or open a scan and choose Delete from the scan menu. There is no verified bulk "Delete All Scans" action.

The app version is shown inside the app's Settings screen. Public version at the time of this page: 1.0.

Saved scans may be included in Apple device backup according to your Apple settings and Apple's policies. Draft and temporary-export directories are excluded from backup.
