Booty AI Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live. Do not use Booty AI if you are below that age. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission before using the AI features.

You must be able to agree to these Terms under the law that applies to you. Use accurate information and respect any additional requirements of your device, app store, and sign-in provider.

Booty AI provides general fitness planning, workout tracking, and educational information. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor a medical condition, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional or an in-person fitness professional.

Choose activities suitable for your abilities and circumstances. Review exercise instructions and AI suggestions before acting on them. Stop an activity that causes pain or makes you feel unwell, and seek appropriate professional advice. Do not rely on the app for an emergency.

Training results vary. We do not guarantee a particular body shape, weight change, strength increase, timeline, or other outcome. A plan generated from your preferences cannot assess your form, environment, or medical suitability.

Booty AI uses Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google for account features. Protect your sign-in credentials and tell us if you believe someone is using your account without permission. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to use.

Unfinished setup answers and unsaved changes can be kept on your device. Saved account information, plans, logs, and progress photos sync through our service. A connection is required for AI generation and other connected features; offline changes may sync later.

Review a plan before saving it. Regenerating a plan replaces the upcoming schedule as described in the app. Signing out does not delete an account. Use Profile → Account → Delete account for account deletion, or contact team@getbananaapps.com for help.

AI plan generation and AI Coach use OpenAI through our server. The app asks for permission before sending information for these features. Training-plan permission and Coach permission are separate. In Profile → Your data, Reset AI permissions clears this account's permission on this device so future requests require permission again.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for you. Review it carefully. Equipment and movement filters reduce unsuitable options but do not guarantee safety or medical suitability. AI Coach is not a doctor, therapist, emergency service, or human coach.

Do not submit information about another person unless you are authorized to share it. Free-text messages and workout titles may contain sensitive information you choose to include. Permissions reset does not recall information already sent to a provider or delete saved workouts.

AI availability and usage limits can change. A failed request does not guarantee a completed plan. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent and how providers handle it.

You retain ownership of your answers, photos, messages, posts, and other content. You give us a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you choose, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. This includes sending information you authorize for AI processing to OpenAI.

Public Q&A author names, questions, replies, and votes can be viewed even without signing in. Invitation-based groups share group information, membership, messages, and the workout summaries you choose to share with members. Keep private health information out of public posts.

People who can view shared content can copy, screenshot, or redistribute it. We cannot control those copies. Owning a group carries responsibility for its management: deleting your account also deletes groups you own and their content, including contributions by other members. Transfer ownership first if you want a group to remain.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit. Do not post another person's private information or images without permission.

Do not use Booty AI to harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or deceive others. Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content that violates others' rights, or instructions that encourage dangerous conduct. Do not spam, manipulate votes, evade blocks, compromise accounts, or interfere with the service.

Do not scrape private data, bypass access controls or AI usage limits, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law. Do not present AI output as verified medical advice.

Use the available report and block controls, or email team@getbananaapps.com with enough detail to identify a concern. We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms. We do not guarantee automatic screening or a specific moderation response time.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules. We retain rights in our software, branding, and other app materials. Do not copy or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

If you obtained Booty AI through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable usage rules and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply where applicable. Apple does not operate Booty AI and is not responsible for its support or maintenance. Contact us for app support.

To the extent required by Apple's terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the app license and may enforce it. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The current version of Booty AI does not include app subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, their price and purchase terms will be presented before you choose to purchase. These Terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge.

Our Privacy Policy explains local drafts, account syncing, progress photos, community visibility, AI processing, retention, and deletion. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes health-related information and rights.

Deleting individual items removes them from active app data, but sync history and deletion markers may remain until account deletion. Account deletion cannot remove copies saved by other people, old device backups, or all provider logs and backups immediately. The Privacy Policy describes these limits.

We work to keep Booty AI useful and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every device or network will work with every feature. Keep your device and app updated. Do not treat app data as your only record of important information.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal requirements, or misuse. We will provide notice where applicable law requires it.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional promises beyond these Terms. You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow a suggested activity and for using the app lawfully.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, or remedies. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law that protects you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except that mandatory protections and rights under the law where you live continue to apply. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim where applicable law allows it.

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the affected service and contact us about your account.
