Care Rhythm Support

Email team@getbananaapps.com. Include the Care Rhythm version, your iOS version, iPhone model, and a short description of what happened.

Do not send passwords, payment information, government IDs, or private household details. We do not promise a specific response time.

Open Today or Tasks and choose Add Task. Enter a title, choose a daily, selected-weekday, weekly, or monthly schedule, and save. Open a task from Tasks to edit its details or schedule.

Today shows due and overdue tasks. Complete records the occurrence and advances the schedule. Skip records it as skipped and advances the schedule. Reschedule moves only the current occurrence without changing the recurring pattern.

Open Tasks to pause or resume a recurring task. Paused tasks remain saved but stop appearing as due and stop scheduling reminders.

Deleting a task also removes its saved history and pending local notification. Care Rhythm has no cloud copy that Banana Apps can restore.

Notification permission is requested only when you enable Remind Me for a task. If permission is denied, task management continues to work, but Care Rhythm cannot deliver reminders.

To change permission later, open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, then Care Rhythm. Lock-screen reminders use neutral wording and do not show your task title or notes.

Confirm that the task is active, Remind Me is enabled, the due date is in the future, and Care Rhythm notifications are allowed in iOS Settings. Focus modes and notification-summary settings can also delay how an alert appears.

History contains completed and skipped occurrences stored on your iPhone. Deleting the associated task removes that task’s history. Removing the app removes its active local data from that device.

Apple device or iCloud backups may retain app data according to your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. Banana Apps cannot view, restore, or remotely delete device-only Care Rhythm data.

Care Rhythm has no account, password, subscription, trial, purchase, restore-purchase flow, advertising, or required network connection.
