GluteMax Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 13 or the higher local minimum, with authority to agree. Under-18 users need guardian permission for AI. Provide accurate answers and protect your account.

GluteMax provides general fitness information, not medical care. Choose suitable exercise; stop if you feel pain or unwell and seek professional guidance. AI uses OpenAI with your permission and can be wrong; review its advice.

Regeneration replaces all today's and future workouts and logs, including custom and completed sessions, without undo.

You retain your content rights and give us limited, nonexclusive permission to operate your chosen features. Submit only content you may lawfully use.

Progress photos are private. Q&A and author names are public; others may keep copies. Group contributions remain after leaving. Deleting a private workout does not erase its group summary. Deleting a group owner's account removes everyone's group content.

Use the app lawfully; do not harass, infringe rights, expose private information, or bypass security.

Your app license is limited and personal; Apple's Standard EULA applies.

An active auto-renewable annual App Store subscription and an Apple or Google account are required to finish initial plan setup and use paid AI features. Saved plans and manual workout logging remain available after completed setup. The standard and special annual offers provide the same paid access, with no free trial. The special offer is a recurring annual price, not a first-year discount. Check Apple's localized price and renewal information before confirming a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests follow Apple's process and applicable law.

A purchase can be linked to one GluteMax account. Use Restore Purchases and the account previously used to save your plan to recover access. Deleting your GluteMax account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

The app is provided as available, without guaranteed results or uninterrupted service. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain. These Terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, subject to local protections.

We may change these Terms with required notice or suspend misuse.

Use Profile → Account → Delete account or contact team@getbananaapps.com for deletion or support. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your account. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion limits.
