Military Veteran Help — Terms of Use

By installing or using Military Veteran Help you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Minimum age and parental-consent position: ages 13 and up; the app does not currently enforce an in-app age gate. The app does not currently enforce an age gate.

Banana Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Military Veteran Help on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.

The app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, sublicensing, or systematically extracting the app's content is not permitted.

If you choose to create an account for cloud profile backup, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app; see Delete Account.

Military Veteran Help is an independent educational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any federal, state, or local government agency. Any government agency names, logos, or references are used for identification only.

Content in the app — including guides, benefits explanations, checklists, self-checks, claims tools, transition tools, coping tools, and resource lists — is general educational information. It is not legal advice, medical advice, mental-health diagnosis or treatment, VA claim representation, or an official VA determination.

Content and resource accuracy may change. Always confirm eligibility, benefits, deadlines, and procedures with the VA, an accredited representative, or a qualified professional before acting.

The claims workspace, evidence notes, statement drafts, appeals notes, and checklist tools are for your personal reference. They are not submitted to the VA, to any reviewer, to any moderator, or to Banana Apps. Nothing you write in the app reaches VA systems from the app.

Mood, symptom, trigger, sleep, journal, breathing, grounding, gratitude, and values entries are personal reflection tools. Self-checks are non-diagnostic and are not treatment. See Health & Safety.

Medication references and dose logs are user-entered reminders. They are not prescribing, dispensing, or medical monitoring, and they are not a substitute for guidance from a licensed clinician or pharmacist.

The app is not an emergency service. It cannot detect a crisis, dispatch help, or notify anyone on your behalf.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For the Veterans Crisis Line, dial 988 and press 1, text 838255, or visit VeteransCrisisLine.net.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for the security of local JSON export files you create and share. Once you share an export through the Apple share sheet or another mechanism, Banana Apps has no control over how the destination handles it.

The app, its code, design, bundled content, and Banana Apps trademarks are owned by Banana Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license above.

The app links to VA and other third-party websites and resources for your convenience. Banana Apps does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability.

Banana Apps may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or specific features at any time and without notice. Bundled content may be updated between releases.

If the shipped build supports optional accounts, Banana Apps may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these Terms, applicable law, or the Apple App Store terms. Local-only use of the app is unaffected by any account action.

You may delete your optional account at any time in the app (Profile → Account & backup → Delete account). See Delete Account for what is and is not covered.

The current app has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, consumables, trials, StoreKit paywall, Superwall, Stripe, or refund flow. If a future release adds any of these, this section will be updated before that release ships.

The current app has no public posting, comments, direct messages, community feed, user-generated content published to other users, generative AI, or moderation system. Content you enter stays on your device and is not shared with other users through the app.

Warranty and liability terms are subject to qualified legal review before publication.

Until that review is complete, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without express warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the attorney review noted above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banana Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations do not apply to you.

disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. These Terms do not include aggressive or unsupported indemnity, arbitration, or class-action-waiver language until qualified legal review is complete.
