Twist is a free short-form vertical-drama app for iPhone and iPad. There is no sign-in screen, no subscription, and no purchases, so this page focuses on how the app works and how to reach us by email.

Please do not send passwords, Supabase Auth tokens, payment details, government IDs, or highly sensitive information. Twist does not need any of these to help you.
Open Twist. You can skip onboarding or choose one or more genres. Twist will recommend a free episode you can start immediately, or take you into Home. There is no login screen and no payment.
When Twist begins synchronizing your viewer state, the Supabase Swift SDK automatically creates an anonymous guest service account for you. That account has no name, email, password, or payment identifier. It exists so protected media can be authorized and so saves and progress can synchronize. See the Privacy Policy.
Twist streams episodes over HTTPS using short-lived signed URLs and AVPlayer. If playback stalls, try a stronger connection or reopening the show. Twist does not currently support offline episode downloads.
Save a show from its show screen to add it to My List → Saved. Twist records where you left off inside an episode; the show appears in Home Continue Watching and in My List → History so you can resume.
Liked episodes and the genres you selected during onboarding currently stay on the device. Genre changes are made through re-onboarding after a reset; there is no dedicated genre editor in the current app.
Clear History (in My List) removes local watch history on this device and requests removal of synchronized watch history, while preserving your saved shows.
Reset Viewing Data (in Profile) removes local saves, likes, watch history, onboarding, preferences, pending viewer mutations, and legacy compatibility state on this device, and requests deletion of your synchronized saved-show and watch-progress rows for the current guest session.
Neither Clear History nor Reset Viewing Data is full account deletion. See Delete Account.
Twist does not currently provide a verified way to delete the anonymous guest Auth account and all associated records. See Delete Account. If you would like help understanding the current limitation, email Twist Account Deletion Help.
Email Twist Privacy Request. Because Twist uses an anonymous guest session with no name, email, or payment identifier, we cannot reliably link a request to a particular guest account without a verified process. See Privacy Choices.
The current Twist app does not sell subscriptions, trials, credits, or in-app purchases, does not include a restore-purchase flow, and does not have a refund system. Any App Store billing question goes through Apple. Twist does not currently support offline downloads.
Titles marked "coming soon" on Home are placeholders for future content. They are not a promise of a release date.
To report a content, copyright, licensing, safety, or accuracy concern about a show or episode, email Twist Content or Rights Concern. Include the show and episode names and, if applicable, a brief description of the rights claim.
If Twist is not working well with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, or another accessibility setting, email [email protected] with your device, iOS version, and a short description of what is not working. We use this feedback to improve accessibility over time.
