Affirmday Support
Help using Affirmday — a free, accountless, local-first daily-affirmation app for iPhone and iPad. Affirmday has no login, subscription, in-app purchase, restore-purchase flow, or billing, so we will never ask for a password, complete payment-card details, or government identification.

Redact screenshots before sending them. Do not email passwords, complete payment-card details, government identification, or unnecessary medical, mental-health, recovery, or other sensitive personal details.

No account, subscription, or billing
Affirmday has no login, account, subscription, in-app purchase, premium plan, or restore-purchase process. If a message asks for a password, payment, or restore step to "unlock" Affirmday, it is not from us.
Restarting the app or device
If Affirmday behaves unexpectedly, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your device. Update to the latest version in the App Store and to the latest iOS/iPadOS.
The daily ritual
The five-card ritual resumes where you left off. Progress is saved locally. Completing all five cards records the day toward your streak and history.
Favorites
Tap the heart on a card to save it to Favorites. Open Favorites to review or remove individual entries. Favorites live only on your device.
Reminders and iOS notifications
Turn reminders on or off in Settings inside Affirmday. Choose how many reminders per day (one to eight) and the start/end times of your delivery window.
If reminders do not arrive, open iOS Settings > Notifications > Affirmday and confirm that Allow Notifications, Sounds, Badges, and lock-screen or banner presentation are enabled. Focus modes, Sleep, Do Not Disturb, and Scheduled Summary can also affect delivery.
Widgets
Add the Affirmday widget from the Home Screen or Lock Screen widget gallery. Open the app once so it can write a fresh local snapshot; the widget updates on Apple's schedule.
Updating iOS and the app
Keep Affirmday and iOS/iPadOS current for the best experience. New versions may require newer OS releases.
Support cannot inspect device data
Affirmday stores favorites, practice history, and preferences only on your device. Support cannot remotely inspect, restore, export, or delete this data.
