Affirmday Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Affirmday you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Affirmday.

Banana Apps LLC operates Affirmday. These Terms apply to the Affirmday iOS and iPadOS app and its WidgetKit extension only. The getbananaapps.com website is governed by its own terms and privacy documents.

Minimum age: ages 13 and up. Whether Affirmday is directed to children: Affirmday is not directed to children under 13.

Subject to these Terms, Banana Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Affirmday on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. Affirmday is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of Affirmday. These Terms supplement, and do not conflict with, the Apple Standard EULA; where a conflict exists on a point Apple requires, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Nothing in these Terms restricts activities applicable law expressly permits, including any right to reverse engineer software that cannot lawfully be waived.

Affirmday provides general motivational and wellness content, including a daily affirmation ritual, favorites, streaks, widgets, and optional local reminders.

Affirmday is not a medical device and does not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, addiction treatment, relapse prevention, professional counseling, or emergency or crisis services. Do not rely on Affirmday for medical or emergency decisions. See Safety for details.

Recovery-themed affirmations are motivational content and are not a treatment plan. recovery-oriented content has been reviewed by Banana Apps LLC and is provided for general informational purposes only

Use Affirmday only in ways that comply with applicable law and Apple's platform rules.

Affirmday, its interface, code, bundled decks, affirmations, imagery, and other Banana Apps materials are owned by Banana Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may share a locally rendered card image and caption to a destination you choose through Apple's system share sheet. Sharing is for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted. you retain ownership of content you create; by sharing, you grant Banana Apps LLC a limited license to render and transmit that content for the purpose you requested

Do not scrape, extract in bulk, mirror, or redistribute the bundled library; misrepresent the origin of the content; or use Affirmday for unlawful purposes.

When you share to another app or service, that destination is a third party outside our control and applies its own terms and privacy practices.

Affirmday is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Affirmday. These Terms are between you and Banana Apps.

We may change, update, add, remove, or discontinue features or Affirmday itself. New versions may require newer iOS/iPadOS versions or newer devices. We do not promise continuous availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affirmday is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Banana Apps disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banana Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Affirmday. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Affirmday at any time by removing it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue Affirmday or a specific feature at any time, consistent with applicable law.

Governing law, venue, and dispute approach: the laws of the State of Florida, with disputes resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
