RetroLens Support
Practical help for RetroLens. Email support if a step below doesn't solve your issue — include your device, iOS version, and RetroLens version.
Contact
Email [email protected]. We read every message. We do not currently promise a specific response time.
Never send your account password, full payment-card information, or a government ID by email. We will never ask for those.
Login help
RetroLens supports three sign-in methods: Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, and email and password.
- Apple: if Apple's private-relay email breaks, check Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple → RetroLens and confirm the forwarding address is active.
- Google: if the Google prompt closes without signing you in, try another network, then a fresh app launch. Some corporate Google accounts block third-party sign-in.
- Email and password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. New email accounts must verify their address through the link RetroLens sends.
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and describe what you see.
Camera and photo permissions
RetroLens uses your camera to take photos and the photo library to import and save them. If a permission was denied, iOS won't ask again — you have to enable it in Settings.
- Open iOS Settings.
- Scroll to RetroLens.
- Enable Camera and Photos (select All Photos or Selected Photos as you prefer).
Contacts is optional and only used when you choose contact-assisted invitations. Contacts are processed on your device and are not uploaded to RetroLens.
Subscription help (RetroLens Pro)
RetroLens Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Localized price, billing period, trial availability, and offer eligibility are shown by Apple on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- Manage or cancel: iOS Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → RetroLens. Or use the Apple subscriptions page.
- Restore Purchases: in RetroLens, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases.
- Refunds: refund eligibility is decided by Apple. Request one from reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Expired subscription: your account moves to read-only access and Superwall will surface a paywall.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple first, or through Google Play if you purchased on Android.
Full subscription terms.
G7X AI Look credits
One AI Look uses 50 credits. Eligible authenticated users receive one free AI Look per day. Additional credits are sold as consumables through the storefront — prices are shown by the store before you confirm and can change.
- RetroLens Pro does not grant unlimited AI use.
- When we can verify that an AI processing attempt failed, we aim not to permanently consume a paid credit for that failure. We do not promise every dispute can be resolved automatically.
- Refunds for consumables are handled by Apple (or Google, where available). Contact [email protected] if a purchase or credit grant looks wrong on our side.
- Deleting your account can permanently forfeit any unused credits.
Account deletion
Delete your RetroLens account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm the warning, and type DELETE.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my RetroLens account". See the full account deletion page for details, limitations, and what deletion does not cover.
