It recommends one guided practice at a time based on your goal and experience, guides it pose by pose with optional on-device spoken cues, lets you build and edit custom flows, supports resumable sessions, and records completed practices — all on your device. Flowly has no account, no backend, no cloud storage, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no attribution, no cross-app tracking, no AI, and no in-app purchases.
