SnapTurn Terms of Use

SnapTurn is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use SnapTurn on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules and the App Store Terms of Service.

You may use SnapTurn for personal or internal business use (for example, scanning your own homework, notes, receipts, or documents). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App itself.

You agree to use SnapTurn only in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not:

• use the App to violate any law or the rights of any other person
• scan, store, or share content you do not have the right to scan, store, or share
• scan content in a way that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy the App except as permitted by law
• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App

SnapTurn is an on-device utility. Scans, images, and PDFs you create with SnapTurn are stored locally on your device. You own and are solely responsible for the content you scan, edit, save, and share.

If you use the iOS share sheet to send a scan or PDF to another app or service, the receiving app's or service's terms and privacy practices apply to that copy of the file.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any scan or PDF that matters to you. SnapTurn is not a backup service.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with any particular device, OS version, or workflow. You use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Banana Apps LLC, its officers, members, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, scans, PDFs, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $50.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the loss, deletion, corruption, or unavailability of any scans, images, PDFs, or other content created or stored on your device. Please keep your own backups of anything important.

If you download SnapTurn from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and Banana Apps LLC, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App except as required by applicable law
• in the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you

We may update, change, or discontinue features of SnapTurn at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using SnapTurn at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, you and Banana Apps LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SnapTurn will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
